Where portfolios stall

Your best companies do not fail in the lab. They stall in the market.

In energy, agriculture and critical resources, the technology usually works; what stalls the return is commercial. We pair great capital with a great commercialization engine, and back the companies where our operators and network create outsized returns.

Who we are

A founder-funded family office that builds, not just backs.

ClimateDoor Partners is funded entirely by its founders and partners. We do not just advise the companies we back, we take equity in the ones we scale, and the same engine that lands their customers and closes their deals compounds our ownership.

We bring aligned outside investors into select holdings to scale them.

How we create value

Three companies. One playbook.

We get in early, build the story and the commercial engine, and compound alongside our partners. The figures below are management estimates shared for discussion, not a valuation or an offer.

Beverage cooling · 15% owned, ~55% with partners

From three prototypes to the FIFA World Cup.

We backed Henrik at the prototype stage, three units in. We convened a $2.71M strategic round across aligned VCs, including Aaron Stuart, who we suggested and helped place on the board, plus a strategic investor, IFR Holdings, a nine-figure manufacturer that brought complementary manufacturing capability. We built the market story for investors and customers, the first websites, and the sales strategy. About eighteen months on, the latest round priced at 2.61x the entry. Today Henrik is demonstrating 80 units at the FIFA World Cup 2026 for one of the world’s largest beverage companies, and working toward strategic growth and exit options.

Four franchisees to $4.7M trailing revenue.

We invested when Stardust had four franchisees in 2022, and have backed every round since, personally and through our network: roughly $0.5M of our own capital and about $2M from our investors. Revenue has grown from about $1M a year to $4.7M trailing, with gross margins up from 28% to 44%. A 30MW project in Zambia could change the company’s complexion. Comparable franchise businesses trade at 7 to 11x revenue; at 7x that implies roughly $35M in fair market value, against our blended entry near a $3.5M to $4M valuation.

Built in-house, 100 First Nations at the table.

Unify is a company we built ourselves. A ten-person team working alongside about 100 First Nations to bring clean technologies to their communities, including Canada’s first fully interactive map of clean-energy projects on First Nations land, and a role in creating Canada’s largest clean-energy park. We are co-development partners across the country, not vendors. In the trailing twelve months Unify did about $2M in revenue, doubling every year for three years, with another doubling projected next year. Wholly owned by ClimateDoor.

Two ways we partner

We see investors as partners, not a line item.

We love working alongside investors. Sometimes that means growing the companies you already back. Sometimes it means building something new together. Both run on the same alignment: we only win when the companies win.

Track 01

We grow your portfolio.

For

VCs, private equity, family offices, strategics, and accelerators with companies that need to commercialize.

What

We embed as the commercialization engine inside your best companies. Our operators and our agentic stack land customers, route partners, and stack capital, and drive each company to its targets.

Return

Companies reach revenue and the next round faster. Marks move up, follow-on de-risks, and your support scales without adding headcount.

Bring us into your portfolio
Track 02

We scale our best with you.

For

Investors who want into our highest-conviction opportunities, on operator terms.

What

When we take a company into our Partnership bucket, we bring a small circle of aligned investors in to co-invest and scale it with us. Equity, board seats, and skin in the game, shared.

Return

Curated, operator-led deal flow you cannot source cold, already de-risked by the engine. We are in it with you, not selling it to you.

Partner on our top opportunities

What we drive inside your companies

Customers. Partners. Capital. In that order.

The same engine that grows our own portfolio is what we point at yours. We earn the cheque by landing real demand first, which is exactly the order that protects your downside.

01Customers

Real demand before the cheque. We open the procurement door first: utilities, governments, industrial buyers, stadium-scale venues.

02Partners

The room before the deal. Municipalities, corporates, First Nations, federal and provincial governments, EU and Canadian agencies.

03Capital

Stacked, not raised. Non-dilutive grants, sovereign co-invest, structured debt, strategic CVCs, follow-on equity. Sequenced after the contract.

$682M+ raised for our companies · 150+ commercial transactions · 5 continents

The unfair advantage

Why we get there faster than capital alone.

A standard board seat gives a company advice. We give it an operating system. Forty senior operators, multiplied by an agentic intelligence layer, pointed at one outcome: commercial traction.

40 → 250An organization of 250.

Forty senior operators, multiplied by the engine to move like two hundred and fifty.

9,000Warm relationships, not cold lists.

Personal relationships in the network. Warm paths into buyers and capital, not cold lists.

3 to 5xMore commercialization, same resources.

More qualified shots on goal from the same resources, every week the engine runs.

Under the hood

The engine that compounds the portfolio.

Forty operators and an agentic stack, pointed at one outcome for every company: commercial traction.

To be clear

We are not raising. Today.

ClimateDoor Partners is a family office owned by its founders and partners and built on cash flow, with no outside capital to date. That may change. If it does, the investors we partner with today will be the first to know. For now, the partnership is the product, and the alignment is the whole point.

Vancouver. Manhattan. Six continents.

Let's find the overlap.

If you have a portfolio that needs to commercialize, or you want into what we are building, there is one conversation to start.
