Who we are

One team, rebuilding how the world powers, feeds, and builds itself.

A founder-funded family office and the commercialization engine for energy, agriculture, and critical resources.

40in-house operators
200+people at the companies we own and invest in
1,000+people at the companies we are embedded in
Vancouver, Canada & Manhattan, USA|Hubs in São Paulo, Brussels & Singapore

Why we exist

Energy, agriculture, and critical resources do not have a technology problem. They have a commercialization problem.

The breakthroughs already exist. Most die in the gap between a great technology and a real market, with no customers, partners, or capital. We close that gap.

The team

The people who do the work.

Operators, builders, and advisors across Vancouver, Manhattan, and our global hubs. One team, one standard.

How the work actually gets done

AI does the homework. Humans build the trust and grow the companies.

Portfolio, not clients

We do not have clients. We have portfolio companies.

We get inside the businesses we believe in and treat their outcome as our own. Some we back with equity and board seats. All of them we treat like the company is ours, because that is the only way the work gets done right.

How we work together

Launch. Embed. Partnership. Exit.

We work with companies all along this continuum, from first customer to full ownership. Most live in Launch and Embed. Click any stage to see what we do at each.

Who we are

The companies we own and back.

ClimateDoor Partners is funded entirely by its founders and partners. We do not just advise the companies we back, we take equity in the ones we scale, and the same engine that lands their customers and closes their deals compounds our ownership.

We bring aligned outside investors into select holdings to scale them.

There is nothing more strategically aligning, in our view, than ownership. It is how we choose to work with our investment partners, side by side in the same companies.

What we stand for

Five things that are true about this team.

01

We only win when our portfolio companies win.

Their outcome is our outcome. We take success fees and equity, not retainers for activity. If they do not win, neither do we. It is the cleanest alignment in the business, and we built the firm around it.

02

Value over everything.

We are measured on what we move, not the hours we log. Real customers, real partners, real capital. Never busywork dressed up as progress, never a deck that buys another month.

03

Get it done. No excuses.

We find a way or we make one. We own the result, including the parts that are nobody's job. The work that falls through the cracks is the work we run toward.

04

The hard work and the boring work.

The unglamorous grind is where outcomes are won. The follow-ups, the data rooms, the hundredth call, the cleanup nobody posts about. We do all of it, properly.

05

Show up. Every day.

Consistency compounds. We are in the room, on the thread, and on time, for years, not for a quarter. Trust is built one kept promise at a time, and it is the only moat that lasts.

One team

We work as one.

Two headquarters, six continents, one operating rhythm. The same operators who open the procurement door write the data room and shake the hand on the partnership. No silos, no handoffs to junior staff, no daylight between strategy and execution.

Vancouver. Manhattan. Six continents.

Let's build something that matters.

Whether you are a founder who needs a commercial engine, an investor looking for real deal flow, or an operator who wants in, there is one door.
