WHAT WE HEARD
Reflecting Back the Conversation
After our first conversation with Manuel, here is what we took away. Enline has the technology, the proof points, and the runway. What you need is a partner already inside the Canadian utility ecosystem, moving with the same urgency you do.

The Big Picture

Enline has built something genuinely rare. A sensorless AI-powered digital twin platform that deploys in days, not months, with no hardware cost and active projects across 40+ countries. The Litgrid national TSO deployment across 1,000+ km of HV lines is the kind of reference win that opens doors.

But Canada is a blank page. Zero projects, zero relationships, and a market that rewards trust and warm introductions above everything else. You know that. That is why you are not looking for another distributor or a cold-calling agency. You are looking for someone already inside the ecosystem. Someone who knows who the buyers are, how they make decisions, and how to get in the room.

You also told us something important. You do not need funding. You have runway. What you need is revenue. Canadian customers. A partner who moves with the same urgency you do, and who you can hold accountable to results, not just activity.

Sales

Canada is a fresh market for Enline. Zero prior projects, zero existing customer relationships. The priority is getting to a first signed pilot or paid engagement, and building the repeatable system around that so it can scale.

Tier-1 targets are clear: BC Hydro, Hydro-Québec, AltaLink, ATCO, and the broader transmission and distribution landscape. Independent power producers and select US markets are scoped as secondary.

Riley is planning a Vancouver visit, and the team wants warm introductions teed up. Geography starts in BC and Ontario then expands based on early signal.

Goals and Deliverables

Minimum Win
At least 1 pilot signed or in final negotiation by month 4. Qualified pipeline of 5+ active opportunities with Canadian TSOs or DSOs progressing toward pilot. Clean segmented list of 500+ decision-maker contacts. Outreach playbook (sequences, messaging, objection handling) delivered and proven so Riley and the internal team can run it independently or scale with us.
